1. Non-Returnable  Items: Customized candles are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Damage  Claims: Notify us within 4 days of delivery for damaged or defective items. Include an unboxing video or photos for verification.
3. Refunds: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the item in its original condition.
4. Shipping  Costs: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
5. Order  Errors: If the error is on our part (e.g., incorrect customization),  we will replace the item at no additional cost.
